‍📞 If you have an emergent concern outside of our regular clinic hours, you can call and be connected with one of our vets

‍ ‍🩺 Your pet will be triaged and our team will meet you at the clinic, or you can be advised on next steps over the phone

To ensure our team can rest and be ready for daytime patients, our on-call line is reserved for true emergencies only.

Some examples of urgent care situations are:

• Difficulty breathing

• Uncontrolled bleeding

• Ingestion of toxins or foreign bodies

• Dystocias

• Urgent euthanasias

‍ Critical care cases, cases requiring extensive diagnostic work-ups, or cases requiring overnight hospitalization may be referred to hospitals with the staff and equipment necessary to provide the best outcome for your pet.
Our on-call veterinarians will triage each case individually. ‍

Please note, emergency after-hours care is NOT available on Thursday nights (Thursday 8pm to Friday 8am).

Our ability to offer after-hours care relies on staffing. There may be other nights or weekends where we are unable to offer after-hours emergency vet care, so keep an eye on our social media pages for updates on these instances.
